Placing an Order with Kite Zombies

For your convenience there are several methods to place an order:

1. The easiest way to order is simply use the shopping cart found on every product page of this website. This system will automatically total your order and include all the proper item codes. In addition, the shopping cart will allow you to select from a variety of domestic and international shipping options. The shopping cart features secure (SSL) encryption for your protection.

2. You can also print the shopping cart form and fax or mail it to Kite Zombies.

3. Call our toll free order line at: 800-969-6199 or 530-938-2900. Orders can be placed by phone during the following hours: 9:00am - 4:00pm Pacific Time, Monday-Friday.

Note on Delivery Times:
When choosing a shipping method keep in mind most shipments originate in California. Allow adequate delivery time to your location via your choice of shipping (selectable in the shopping cart).

Typical domestic US delivery times:
UPS Ground: 2-6 business days
Priority Mail: 2-3 days

Return Policy:
If not completely satisfied with any item within 30 days (15 days for sale items), return in original packaging for a refund. Sorry, we do not offer refunds on special order items that are not part of our regular inventory.

4. You can also stop by our shop and warehouse. We are usually in between 9:00am - 4:00pm Pacific Time, Monday-Friday. Give us a call first (530-938-2900) to make sure we are in. We are bit "off the beaten path" and have been known to close early on windy days!
