The FDA and dermatologists acknowledge that anyone that spends extended time outdoors should consider an effective sunblock and lip protection. We've evaluated a lot of products and these are the best for water and general sports use that we have found.
SolRx Sun Protection Products:
One application truly lasts all day. In lab tests performed by major FDA testing labs, SolRx Sunblock (and the other label names SolRX uses) were the only sunblocks to pass the 8-hour test. All other sunblocks tested wore out.
SolRx Original water-based, 8 hour waterproof sunblock. Rated 97-100% effective after 8 hours, 6 of which are in the water; rated Zero in the skin irritation test (called RIPT). Original feels light to wear, and even though unfragranced is pleasant to smell. Originally formulated for surf, scuba and triathlon, (made under license for several years for the 2 largest names in triathlon), the product doesn't sweat into eyes, won't run.
Made with SolRX's Parsol 1789 formula. SolRx Ultra 44 has a mild fragrance and is made with an organic aloe base. Oil and Paba free so it will not sweat off, run into eyes or attract sand/dirt. Minimum 8 hours protection-in or out of water!
