Otherwise, placing an order is very easy. Simply add any item to the cart to view shipping options and to see if tax will be imposed.
Note on product availability:
ADD TO CART - This means inventory is available to order (unless preorder release date is specified).
PRE-ORDER - Sold out, but expected soon with an ETA date disclosed on the product details page. Pre-order to reserve product.
OUT OF STOCK - Product sold out with no ETA available.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days (15 days for sale items) of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Please include a copy of your invoice or note your sales information in the box so we know where and who the package is from and what you want us to do.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We do not charge a restocking fee. However, if the returned item is not in original condition and packaging suitable for resale we charge a 15% restocking fee.
Where no mistakes are made on our part:
The original outbound shipping cost is not refunded.
If you selected Free Shipping, the cost of that service will be deducted from your refund.
The return shipping on refused packages will also be deducted from any refunds.
Most orders ship within 48 hours of submission. For domestic shipping, please ensure a valid USPS address is submitted, especially if choosing Priority Mail or Free Shipping. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages based on invalid USPS addresses.
Free Shipping! With this option, please keep in mind the shipping method used is at our discretion. Therefore, transit times vary depending on the destination and service we use.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight/dimension-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Note on Delivery Times:
When choosing a shipping method keep in mind most shipments originate in California. Allow adequate delivery time to your location via your choice of shipping (selectable in the shopping cart). Expedited orders must be received before 10:30 am Pacific Time on a business day in order to ship same day. Delivery time may not include time required to process your order, it is an estimate of transit time after your package enters the carrier's system. The calculation of days in transit does not include the day the package is shipped on. The number of days in transit calculation begins after the package is initially picked up for shipping.

- UPS 2nd Day Air®: 2 business days
- UPS 3-Day Select®: 3 business days
- UPS Ground: 1-8 business days
- UPS SurePost®: transit time varies (method used frequently when Free Shipping is chosen)
- Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
This map is a general representation of UPS Ground transit times. US Postal Service times for Priority Mail average 2-3 days.
Please make sure you enter your address correctly when placing an order. Most carriers now charge a fee to reroute a package. If you need to make an address correction, and the carrier allows for this when a shipment is in route, there will be a $15 charge.
International shipping options are available in the shopping cart. Additional time may be required to clear customs in your destination country.

UPS international transit times vary by destination and service chosen.
Priority Mail International: Approximately 6-10 business days to many locations. No service guarantee.
Priority Mail Express International: Approximately 3-5 business to many locations.
Duties, import taxes, and/or brokerage fees, if they apply, are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Check with your country's customs agency to determine any additional charges you may incur.
Certain countries may require additional shipping charges. In these rare cases we will provide a quote before processing your order.
